SaaSOpen
Where: Austin, TX, USA
When: 28-29 March, 2024
The details: The primary focus of the SaaSOpen conference is giving SaaS industry high achievers a platform where they can share the secrets and strategies behind their success. This is a great chance for you to gain actionable insights from some of the brightest minds in the industry.
You’ll hear from Eugene Levin, the President of Semrush, on how they hit 106 thousand customers and what they’re doing differently in 2024. Kim Lecha will talk about how Typeform has grown to be the SaaS enterprise it is today, and Zandra Moore will cover how she led Panintelligence to grow ARR by 100%.
How much: Standard tickets go for $1,997, or if you purchase more than three tickets the price drops to $1,897. For an exclusive experience, a VIP ticket that goes for $4,997 will give you access to the speaker lounge and private sessions with the top-earning CEOs.
SaaSiest
Where: Malmӧ, Sweden
When: 16-17 April, 2024
The details: SaaSiest is a two-day gathering of major players in the SaaS industry. You’ll rub shoulders with founders, executives, VCs, and entrepreneurs all in one space. There will be 50+ speakers with open question time and smaller breakout sessions, and plenty of opportunities for one-on-one meetings and networking.
The event is designed to be fun, with icebreakers to ease you into networking and even a selection of morning exercise sessions to get you pumped for the day ahead.
How much: Standard tickets are $594.
MozCon
Where: Seattle, WA, USA
When: 3-4 June, 2024
The details: MozCon is one of the largest SaaS conferences you can find. This year, there’s a lineup of 22 speakers, including Azeem Ahmad of Azeem Digital, Bernard Huang of Clearscope, and Britney Muller from Data Sci 101, including speakers from the Moz team.
Apart from presentations, open networking sessions, and the closing party, there will also be lunch table discussions. These are casual, unstructured discussion groups aligned to relevant topics for digital marketers of today. You can simply grab your lunch and mingle between the different tables and topics of interest.
How much: Early bird tickets are $1,299 (after 14 March, full-price tickets go on sale for $1,699).
Tech Summit
Where: Silicon Valley, CA, USA
When: 19-20 June, 2024
The details: Tech Summit hosts worldwide SaaS events to unveil the latest developments and help SaaS professionals connect. Considering this event is held in Silicon Valley, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to seek out major investors and mingle with some of the brightest minds in the industry.
This event will present a range of over 200 guest speaker sessions, masterclasses led by industry experts, and a product and business exhibition floor. You can start networking before the event starts and will be given a searchable attendee list so you can make a note of who you need to find for a chat.
How much: A standard pass costs $595, but you can go big with an executive pass that allows for exclusive networking opportunities and VIP roundtable sessions for $1,995.
SaaStr
Where: San Francisco, CA, USA.
When: 10-12 September 2024.
The details: Unlike the other B2B SaaS events on our list, SaaStr has a festival vibe with indoor and outdoor spaces to network and mingle. And with over 2000 networking sessions throughout the three-day conference, you won’t miss the opportunity to connect with investors and like-minded entrepreneurs.
The schedule for this year is not out yet, but at the 2023 event, there were 8 stages with different speakers and themes. Some of the presentations included how Backblaze scaled to $80m in revenue and 500k customers with CEO Gleb Budman, and how to use generative AI to boost productivity and reduce costs with SAP Innovation managing director Yaad Oren.
The Sponsors Hall is open all day long, so you can retreat for a break to peruse products and company displays.
How much: The ticket price for startups (ARR less than $20m) is $1,099, but if you buy more than 3 tickets, they are $749 each. For everyone else (ARR more than $20m, investors, or service providers), tickets are $1,299 or $949 for 3 or more tickets.
INBOUND
Where: Boston, MA, USA
When: 18-20 September, 2024
The details: Hosted by HubSpot, INBOUND is one of the leading SaaS conferences where you’ll have the opportunity to get first-hand announcements about new products and see demos at work.
Historically, the event has been attracting high-level decision-makers from mid-size to corporate companies. Here, you’ll not only enjoy a selection of inspiring high-profile speakers but you’ll also have the opportunity to get more involved with breakout sessions. This event has a strong business networking focus, but at the same time aims to fuel personal growth in attendees. Speakers at the 2023 event included Reese Witherspoon and Andrew Huberman, among other notable names.

How much: Tier 2 tickets are now on sale for $899 (prices will increase to $1,499 closer to the event).
SaaStock
Where: Dublin, Ireland
When: 14-16 October, 2024
The details: SaaStock is the go-to conference for those wanting to showcase their product but also forge new connections, exchange ideas, or seek investors. There are no details about this year’s event yet, but the 2023 event had over 6,000 attendees, including some 600 investors, with guest speakers like April Dunford, the co-founder and CEO of Ambient Strategy, and Amir Omad, the Executive Chairman at Sisense.
The agenda at SaaStock is always jam-packed with presentations and expert speakers, however, there is still time set aside purely for networking. In addition, there are small group workshops, panel discussions, and a product pitch competition in a Shark Tank-style.
How much: Those classified as startups can attend for the discounted price of $595, while the full price for established SaaS business attendees is $778. Investors-specific tickets cost $919 and grant access to an exclusive investors-only networking event.
TECHSPO
Where: Choose from 30 cities worldwide, including San Francisco, Houston, Toronto, Amsterdam, Dubai, Singapore, or Sydney.
When: B2B SaaS events are scattered throughout the year, starting in April in Los Angeles and ending in Las Vegas in October.
The details: TECHSPO is a global network of SaaS conferences designed for everything tech-related. Students, entrepreneurs, investors, marketers, and CEOs alike attend these conferences to network and drive their professional and business growth.
Each event is designed to inspire and inform attendees with plenty of standout speakers and exhibitors who cover emerging technology and industry changes. The details: Web Summit hosts tech conferences all around the world, but consistently returns to Lisbon, year after year.
